Calabrian Pepper & Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli with Nduja

This Tour of Italy Collection flavor is the best way to bring zing, heat, and flavor to your table! Take a journey to the south of Italy through Nuovo Pasta’s Calabrian Pepper & Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli with Nduja for smoky, spice-filled flavors stuffed between two sheets of fresh pasta.

Ingredients

1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Calabrian Pepper & Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Clove garlic, chopped
½ Cup Dry white wine
4 oz. Nduja (Calabrian Sausage)
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Fresh Italian flat parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp Pecorino Romano, grated

Directions

  1. Cook ravioli separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. While ravioli are cooking, place oil in a skillet over medium-low heat, add garlic and cook for a minute; do not allow the garlic to brown.
  2. Add wine and cook for a minute to evaporate alcohol and thicken the sauce a bit.  Add nduja and heat for a few seconds, stirring thoroughly, until it is fully incorporated with the sauce. Season with salt to taste, add parsley and stir.
  3. Drain ravioli and place on serving platter. Spoon the sauce on top and sprinkle with Pecorino Romano. Enjoy!
