Spinach, Asiago & Roasted Garlic Ravioli with Olive Oil and Shaved Asiago

Our Spinach, Asiago, & Roasted Garlic Ravioli are a delicious example. Pair with a light sauce like olive oil, black pepper, and shaved asiago to let the creamy, tender, garlicky flavors shine through.

Ingredients

1 Pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Spinach, Asiago & Roasted Garlic Ravioli
4 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Cracked black pepper to taste
4 Tbsp Asiago cheese, shaved

   

Directions

  1. Cook ravioli separately in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions. 
  2.  Drain ravioli and place on a serving platter. Drizzle ravioli with extra virgin olive oil, dust with black pepper to taste, and sprinkle with Asiago shavings as a finishing touch. Enjoy!
